Ronald Frederick Witucki was born in Bay City, MI on March 31, 1943 to the late Wallace Witucki and Romaine (Nearing) Howse. He passed away January 4, 2018 at his home.
Ron received a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Central Michigan University. Until retirement he taught in the Bay City Public Schools mostly at Western Intermediate. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and was a member of Bay City Lodge No. 88,B.P.O.E. He loved Rock and Roll music and loved his pet cats.
Ron is survived by his wife of 50 years, the former Janet J. Chateauneuf, whom he married June 24, 1967. He also leaves 7 half- brothers: Jerry (Linda) Witucki, John (Lorie) Witucki, Dan (Debbie) Witucki, Don (Isabel) Witucki, Jim (Barb) Witucki, Bill (Judy) Witucki, Tom (Kay) Witucki and a half- sister Joanne (Kerry) Allswede, a brother-in-law Glen (Beth) Chateauneuf, a sister-in-law Sherry Campbell, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his uncle Virgil Nearing.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial tributes may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
